Biography
The creative force behind Visualante is James Fosdike, a quintessential modern illustrator – adaptable, reliable, stylish and versatile. His passion for his craft and level of perfectionism define him as a person and a professional.
His training and extensive experience allows him to embrace a raft of styles that includes photo-realism, cartooning and storyboarding, whilst maintaining the ability to draw in the classic comic book style. His experience includes advertising, comics, publishing, wine, animation, website, music, fashion, theatre and film.
He’s worked for a variety of clients in publishing, music, theatre, animation, wine and comics, including the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Thomson Learning, Blue King Brown, D'Arenberg Wines and DC Comics to name a few.
James has just completed the first 60 page arc of his comic ‘Deadly’ for DC Comics online imprint, Zuda. With over 200,000 views so far and a near solid 5 star rating, ‘Deadly’ is fast becoming one of Zuda’s most popular titles. James has forged a reputation for providing work with creative flair of the highest quality on tight deadlines, and welcomes new challenges.
